From humble beginnings in Cabramatta, Luke now runs Red Lantern in Surry Hills with his sister Pauline and her partner Mark Jensen. I met Pauline last year at the Sydney Writers Festival where she signed my copy of Secrets of the Red Lantern cookbook. We also met Luke when we last dined at Red Lantern.
