Vintage Mikasa love

Some time ago, hubby and I went for a walk in our neighbourhood and came across Jenny's Junk Shop. Even though there were more trash than treasure there, we walked away with a few treasures including 2 vintage Mikasa dinner plates for $1 each. I have a thing for vintage Mikasa so couldn't believe my luck when I found these plates. Their design is exactly the same as the one on the plate above which is going for $10 (USD) on Etsy! It's moments like these that I love going thrifting, you never know what kind of treasure behold you! Check out my other Mikasa finds here.

Hey, so are you guys set to be done in 4 years or does it depend on how much data you have? Yeah I think every school here in the States has a qualifying exam although the format varies. You're in microbiology? I'm into the immune system. We are both nerds.

Hey hey! Thanks for sending me that link. It's great to see other people dress up to go to lab. I always get asked "why are you so dressed up?" and it's a slightly annoying question. Hope things are going well for you!
